What separates a good trainer from an average trainer and a Tier 1 trainer from all of them? Commitment to making sure that all clients are given 100% of the instructor's effort, knowledge, and attention to detail.  Every trainer is vetted and hand-picked by the founder of Tier 1 Body, Kendall George. Tier 1 Body trainers are all held to the highest standards., with  minimum requirements that the trainer is certified through one of five acceptable personal training certifications.  The American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Sciences Association, American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association.

But his greatest strength lays with his ability to make everyone dig that much deeper into themselves to find that inner “Alpha” in them.

Holly Davis

The boys are nice, the boys are really good. But this lady gives them a run for their money. Combining both the ability to work with special populations and athletes she also has the unique experience of being a mom. She has time and time again after six kids trained herself back to pre-baby weight within six months. Holly undeniably has the greatest level of attention to detail you will ever experience she delivers 10 times out of 10.

Coach Juniour has a Kinesiology (Exercise degree) and a minor in Strength & Conditioning. He played Football at Edmonds Woodway high school. After High school, Juniour trained D1 Athletes at Washington State University as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has worked with many sports like basketball, baseball, track and field, soccer, swimming, rowing etc. Upon graduating from WSU Juniour then coached at University of Washington as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in 2018. He has an extensive background in improving strength, speed & agility. In 2019 he wanted to work with the general population— so he started at 24hour Fitness and became a master trainer there. Having conquered that he know lends his incredible talent and expertise to Tier 1.
